The New City Aquarium is a non-forprofit organization that receives some support throught the local tax base. Caring for marine animals can be costly, but thanks to revenue generated by the aquarium along with generous support from our donors we are able to continue of mission our mission of conservation and education!

Volunteering

We greatly appreciate those that donate their time to help with the day to day functions of the aquarium. We are always looking for new volunteers and would be delighted to have you one the team. Our volunteer programs also provides school credit to those who may need it. All that we ask is that you are able to commit 20 hours a month of volunteering. Schedules are flexible and accomadating.
